On Sunday my son, Ron, treated Laura and I to a golf outing at Skamania Lodge in the Columbia Gorge overlooking the Columbia river. The golf course was breathtakingly beautiful, and the meal we had after might well come under the heading of outright sinful, but I have all week to repent and moderate my blood sugar level. Ron
