Horsin' around

I started working with horses as a hobby as a teenager at the Wagon Wheel riding stables. Keith and I both worked there for a couple of summers. I've owned and enjoyed quite a few horses, but most memorable were Mt. View Windsong who won the Morgan National Championship roadster under saddle in 1980. Her younger brother (pictured here) Mt. View Grande won the Morgan Northwest region roadster championship five times and was undefeated against Morgans his last two years showing. Both Windsong and Grande were excellent trail horses. I've since retired from the show ring and horse world, but have many lasting memories to reflect back on in my old age. Ron
