Rudy and I are on our way in the morning to spend the Fourth of July weekend with Ron and Laura. There will be fishing, golfing, eating, of course, and a fireworks display at the lake where they live. Rudy is the only dog I've know who likes the bangs, booms, and fireworks display. Every other dog I've lived with, including the German Shepherds ran and hid with nervous apprehension when the celebrations began.
