Yum Is Right

Prune cake is a favorite around here too. As many of you know my older son Wade had gastric bypass surgery a year ago. Since that time he is no longer able to eat anything with sugar in it. Sooo, on his birthday this year his wife made a prune cake with Splenda. I must say it wasn't quite the same but he loved it anyway. I like the idea of a bake off but that sure sounds like an awful lot of cake for four men to eat. Kenny prefers his prune cake with coffee icing but Wade likes it with cream cheese icing. I just like it anyway at all. LaDonna
