My Special Pet

My special pet isn't a dog. She's a chicken. I call her my "Lap Chicken". Every time I go into the chicken pen and sit down, Yue hops up into my lap. She snuggles down so that I can pet her like I would a dog or a cat. She is so sweet and friendly. I spend a lot of time each day out with our four chickens. They are all very friendly and they come running every time they see me coming. Sometimes I have four chickens sitting on my lap and shoulders at the same time. I enjoy all four of our chickens a lot, but Yue is the friendliest.
I just never knew that chickens made such good pets.
